Thank you for choosing Baby Palms! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a delay in processing.

* Valid only for owned stock. Shipping time may increase for third-party shipments.

Shipping Charges:

A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 699/- (Excluding COD charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.

Free Shipping: on orders over Rs 1500/-.  Estimated delivery time 3-6 business days

Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Destinations

Babypalms ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. We currently ship to addresses within India. International Shipping is also available and discussed over a mail or a call.

Address Change:

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a courier company name, and tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Babypalms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues to the best of our ability.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.




Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only in case the product is defective! Also, the customer who ordered has to provide an unboxing video of the order he/she wants to return. 

Product Exchange is available only if the size delivered is not the same as the size mentioned by a customer while placing an order. 

If the Customer doesn't like the quality, He/She can return the order within 7 Days on the address given on the website. Only in this case, these convenience charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
